How to Improve Our Body Healthy?


     

            You must now that Healthy is the most important think that invaluable. If we are healthy, we can do important things that pity to miss it. So, we must attempted to keep our body healthy. But, how to improve our body healthy? There are several ways to maintains our body keep healthy, that is :

1. Take time to Exercise
           It's one of things which we must do because with exercise, our body will be more fresh and fit. Taking time to exercise should be a priority. This doesn't mean you need to spend hours in the gym every day. Personal trainers suggest you should do at least three or four times of exercise for 30 to 45 minutes each week. At least, our body must move every day.

2. Drink enough water
         We must drink mineral water, at least Eight glass water in a day. If the water intake in our body is fulfilled, our bodies will keep hydrated.

3. Don't Skip Breakfast
           Breakfast is important to do before we do our activity. A good time for breakfast is before nine o'clock.
         
4.  Consuming Nutritious Foods
            It can make your nutritional intake fulfilled. Will not be easy to exposed diseases.

5.  Rest Enough
            It is recommended to adults sleep at least six hours each night. When the body is not getting enough sleep, it can slow down various body functions, as well as hinder your ability to focus.
     
           If you want to improve your health, start small. Changes can be difficult. Start with just one or two of the following tips. Hopefully our body becomes better! 😊
